Your cozy apartment offers total comfort with 1 queen bed in the bedroom, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 5 people with privacy and convenience. Each bed is protected by curtains that completely block light, offering complete rest.

The complete bathroom features shower, mirror, hygiene items and hot water anytime. Clean towels are provided regularly.

Air conditioning in the room allows you to choose your ideal temperature. Lighting offers adequate natural light and pleasant climate. Spacious closets store your belongings with comfort.

The living room is cozy and functional, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that easily accommodates more guests, offering flexibility. Space where your family and pets can move freely and safely.

Smart TV with streaming offers quality entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender and toaster. Plus: dishes, cutlery, utensils and reusable water bottle. Functional and practical space to prepare meals whenever you wish.

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, you may check in from 9:00 AM at no extra charge, provided there is no guest departing the same day—just let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for you. Access is made through an electronic lock.

All guests are required to provide a valid ID up to 72 hours before arrival — your information is protected according to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Identification is mandatory for the safety of everyone.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. If there are no new guests arriving on the same day, you may stay until 3:00 PM at no additional cost.

For accommodations with physical keys, please leave the keys on the table, unplug all electronic devices, dispose of waste properly, and make sure the door is closed when you leave. If you need luggage storage, we offer this service at our location on Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana. We are open every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Children are welcome, and we provide cribs for babies! Events or parties are not allowed on the premises. Pets are also welcome! For everyone’s comfort, please respect quiet hours and keep common areas clean. Leashes are required in public areas.

The name comes from Quechua "Copacabana", which means "place where the God of gold contemplates the people" — a reference to the beloved Virgin of Copacabana. TRANSPORTATION

We offer complimentary return airport transfers for guests staying five nights or more.

The area is served by several subway lines. Copacabana Station and nearby stations provide access to Line 1, connecting you to Downtown, the North Zone, Barra da Tijuca, and other important areas.

Multiple bus lines run through the neighborhood, offering convenient access to various parts of the city, including Downtown, the North Zone, the West Zone, several beaches, and Barra da Tijuca.

Traditional taxis are easily found at nearby taxi stands in the neighborhood. Ride-hailing apps such as 99 and similar services are also available, offering convenience and upfront pricing.

The neighborhood features excellent infrastructure, making it easy to get around both on foot and by public transportation.

PARKING:

Rio Rotativo Parking — Rua Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1085 (directly across from the property) — open Monday to Sunday, from 7 am to 7 pm. Maximum stay is 4 hours, with hourly rates.

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, about a 30-minute drive. Galeão International Airport is around 25 km away, with an average drive time of 45 minutes, depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away for those arriving by intercity bus.
