If you wish to arrive as early as 9:00 AM, this is possible at no extra cost, provided there are no guests departing that day—just let us know in advance. Our team is available every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

For your safety and to comply with building regulations, we kindly ask that all guests send a copy of their ID at least 72 hours before arrival (securely managed according to LGPD).

Check-out should be completed by 12:00 PM. If there are no new guests arriving the same day, you may check out as late as 3:00 PM at no additional cost.

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, about a 30-minute drive. Galeão International Airport is about 25 km away, roughly 45 minutes by car depending on traffic. Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away, ideal for guests arriving by interstate bus.
