Access is by electronic lock or via the doorman: complete instructions will be sent on your arrival day. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time.
The building is residential with 24-hour concierge service: please respect quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and follow the condominium's waste disposal guidelines.
Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving.
Parties, events, or hosting unidentified guests are not allowed.
All guests must be registered at the front desk.
Never dispose of toilet paper in the toilet—please use the waste bin.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in 100m², featuring two separate bedrooms—a rare layout in Jurerê, where most units are studios or one-bedroom apartments.

The master suite offers a double bed, split air conditioning, built-in wardrobe with hangers, blackout curtains, and a full set of linens. The second bedroom has two single beds, its own split air conditioning, and a large mirror—ideal for children, friends, or two couples traveling together.

The living room includes a sofa, a Smart TV mounted on a wooden panel with cable channels and streaming, and a dining table for four. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is the perfect spot for breakfast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and utensils. It features a granite countertop with two high stools for quick meals. There are two bathrooms, each with a hot water shower, glass shower enclosure, and hairdryer.

The space welcomes everyone: families with children enjoy the twin bedroom and the beach just steps away; couples appreciate the suite and balcony; business travelers and digital nomads benefit from stable Wi-Fi, a workspace, and parking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 3:00 PM, with arrival window until 7:00 PM. Access is provided via electronic lock or front desk, and complete instructions are sent on the day of arrival. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Upon departure, please turn off all appliances, dispose of trash, and ensure all doors and windows are closed.

If you require a different arrangement, whenever possible, we are happy to assist—just let us know on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You may also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for half the daily rate, subject to prior confirmation to avoid overbooking.

Arriving after 7:00 PM or before 9:00 AM and need in-person assistance for entry? After 7:00 PM: an additional fee of R$ 150 applies. After midnight and before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$ 300.

All guests are required to send identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in accordance with data protection laws.

Jurerê Internacional is considered the most sophisticated address in Florianópolis—and one of the most sought-after locations on the Brazilian coast. Designed from the outset as a high-end development, the neighborhood offers a calm-water beach, beach clubs, excellent dining, and an atmosphere that balances discretion with a lively social scene. Avenida dos Salmões is one of the main avenues in the neighborhood: tree-lined, residential, and just a few meters from the beach, it connects the internal streets to Avenida dos Búzios, the primary commercial and gastronomic hub of Jurerê Internacional.

CURIOSITIES

Jurerê Internacional emerged from an urban project in the 1980s, recognized as the first master-planned, upscale neighborhood in southern Brazil. Its layout was inspired by European seaside resorts, and its streets are named after fish—such as Salmões, Búzios, Raias, and Merlins. The beach features unique characteristics, influenced both by the Atlantic Ocean and the North Bay, which ensures the calm sea for which the area is known. At the left end of the shoreline are Parador P12 and the Milk nightclub, venues that helped make Jurerê one of the country’s top summer destinations. The neighborhood is also home to Jurerê Open, an open-air shopping center with over 60 establishments and a vibrant community space for the region.

BEACHES AND NATURE

The Jurerê Internacional Beach is just steps away, offering a wide stretch of sand, gentle waters, and a selection of beach clubs along the coast. It is ideal for families with children, peaceful swims, and evening strolls. The Morro do Jurerê and areas of native vegetation complete the neighborhood’s natural landscape.

GASTRONOMY

Avenida dos Salmões is home to standout restaurants: Open Lounge (number 1200) and Olivia Cucina (number 1200) are both located on the same avenue as the property. On Avenida dos Búzios, Jay Bistro (number 3370) and Positano, at IL Campanario (number 1760), add to the selection of fine dining options. Jurerê Open Shopping (Avenida dos Búzios, 1800) offers cafes, bars, and restaurants in an open-air setting.

CULTURE

Jurerê Open is also a cultural and community center for the neighborhood, hosting events, fairs, and a year-round schedule of activities. Nearby Santo Antônio de Lisboa preserves the charming Azorean historic center, with colonial houses, seafood restaurants, and the most famous sunset on the island.

PROXIMITY

Jurerê Tradicional is just a five-minute drive away, offering more popular shops and Praia do Forte. Canasvieiras and Ponta das Canas are further north. Downtown Florianópolis is approximately 25 km away, and Lagoa da Conceição is about 30 km from the neighborhood.

TRANSPORTATION

Apps such as Uber, 99, and local taxis are readily available in the area.

The 272 – Jurerê bus line connects the neighborhood to the Santo Antônio de Lisboa Terminal, with transfers to downtown Florianópolis. Contactless payment (NFC) and PIX are accepted on public transport and at local shops.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan your bus routes. Hercílio Luz International Airport: approximately 32 km (about 40 minutes).

Rita Maria Bus Station, located in downtown Florianópolis: approximately 25 km (about 35 minutes). Port of Florianópolis: approximately 28 km.

Parking: The property offers 1 complimentary parking space. Paid street parking and parking at Jurerê Open are also available in the neighborhood.

We offer free return transfers (Transfer Back) to the airport for stays longer than 5 nights. Outbound transfers for stays of 4 nights or less: R$ 100 for cars with up to 4 people (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4 p.m.).
