IMPORTANT NOTES:
The apartment is located in a residential building with 24-hour security for added peace of mind throughout your stay. It is one block from the beach with quick access to the promenade. Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Trash disposal must follow the building’s guidelines. We kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving to help with sustainability and safety.

LUGGAGE, CRIBS, AND BEACH CHAIRS:
Early check-ins from 9:00 AM and late check-outs until 3:00 PM may be possible at no extra charge if the apartment is available—please confirm one day in advance. For children up to 2 years old, cribs are available upon request. Our luggage support location is strategically nearby (please check with our team).

HOUSEKEEPING:
Linen changes are included once a week for long stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and fees.

CORPORATE:
We provide receipts and invoices for business needs. We offer special rates for repeat or long-term stays for companies and professionals on the move.

Please submit identification documents up to 72 hours in advance (in accordance with data protection laws). A fee of R$150 applies for in-person arrivals after 8:00 PM.

CHECK-OUT: Until 10:00 AM. Flexible late check-out until 3:00 PM is possible if there are no new guests. When leaving, please turn off all electronics and dispose of all trash.
