We offer daily support from 9 AM to 7 PM, as well as exclusive benefits, such as a complimentary return transfer for stays of 5 or more nights (up to 4 people, in a standard car, with prior booking at least 6 hours in advance).

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Entry is easy with a passcode, following the instructions that will be provided to you. With 24-hour concierge service, you can arrive at any time after your reservation begins.

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. If needed, we offer complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM, subject to availability and prior approval.

For your safety and to comply with data protection regulations, we request that you send identification documents for all guests at least 72 hours before arrival.

Copacabana, originally known as Sacopenapã by the Tamoios indigenous people, underwent significant urban transformation at the end of the 19th century, with the construction of tunnels connecting it to downtown Rio de Janeiro.
