This apartment is in a residential building with a staffed entrance, ensuring your safety throughout your stay. Conveniently located on a main street with direct access to the beach. Please respect the quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Trash disposal must follow condominium rules. We kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving to support sustainability and ensure safety.

Please submit identification documents 72 hours in advance for data protection compliance. Identification will be required upon entry. After 8:00 PM, a fee of R$ 150 may apply if a team member needs to be present.

CHECK-OUT: Please check out by 12:00 PM. If there are no incoming guests, you may check out as late as 3:00 PM at no extra cost. If you wish to extend your stay until 6:00 PM, half a night's rate applies. Before leaving, please disconnect all devices and dispose of any trash.
