Access code will be sent around 1:00 PM. Please provide identification documents 72 hours in advance (in compliance with data protection regulations). After 8:00 PM, a R$150 fee may apply if our team needs to be present in person.

CHECK-OUT: By 12:00 PM. Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available at no extra charge if there is no incoming guest. Please disconnect all electronic devices and dispose of trash properly before leaving.

HISTORY:

Cabo Frio is the seventh oldest city in Brazil, founded on November 13, 1615. The name was given by Amerigo Vespucci in 1503 after noticing the cold-water currents in the region, a phenomenon now known as upwelling, which brings deep, clear waters to the surface. The Foguete neighborhood, originally an area of sandbanks and dunes, has developed as a peaceful refuge for those seeking tranquility and direct contact with nature.
