IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The apartment is in a building with 24-hour security. Its location on Avenida Princesa Isabel, a busy street leading to the Túnel Novo, means we recommend the back bedrooms for guests sensitive to city sounds. Pets are not allowed.

Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We also ask that you turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 2:00 PM, with early check-in available from 9:00 AM at no extra charge if there is no previous guest. Check-in is fully remote through an electronic lock (access code will be sent at 1:00 PM). Please submit identification documents at least 72 hours in advance (in accordance with data protection laws). Identification is required at the entrance. After 8:00 PM, a fee of R$ 150 may be charged if physical assistance from our staff is needed.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. If there is no next guest, late check-out is possible until 3:00 PM at no additional cost. Please unplug all electronic devices and dispose of trash properly before leaving.
