IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Access to the mansion is only via stairs. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Parties or events with loud music are not permitted.

Breakfast is not provided, but there are many charming cafés and restaurants nearby, including an option inside Joe and Joe at Largo do Boticário.

LUGGAGE, CRIBS & BEACH CHAIRS

Early check-in from 9:00 am and late check-out until 3:00 pm can be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability—please confirm one day in advance. A crib is available on request for children up to 2 years old. Beach chairs are provided at no extra charge.

CLEANING

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week at no extra cost. For daily cleaning or additional linen and towel changes, please check availability and rates with our team.

CORPORATE

Receipts and invoices are issued for corporate stays. Special conditions and rates are available for frequent or extended stays in Rio de Janeiro.

The mansion is located at the beginning of Rua Itamonte, a quiet street with a security post in Cosme Velho. It is just a few minutes from Largo do Boticário and the Corcovado train station. For your daily needs, there are several shopping options on Rua Cosme Velho and Rua das Laranjeiras:

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

PARKING: One parking space per room.

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Early access from 9:00 AM is possible at no extra cost if there is no guest checking out that day (please notify us in advance).

Please send photo identification up to 72 hours before arrival, in accordance with data protection guidelines. Identification is required at the entrance. Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee of R$ 150.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. If there are no new guests arriving, you may check out by 3:00 PM at no extra charge. When leaving, please leave the keys on the table, unplug electronic devices, dispose of trash properly, and close the door.
