Pets and children are welcome. Airport transfer for stays over 5 nights. Crib and beach chairs available at no extra cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Access to the mansion is by stairs only. However, it’s just two flights up to the bedrooms, and our team will assist with your luggage. Parties or events with loud music are not allowed.

Breakfast is not provided, but the area offers many charming cafes and restaurants, including options inside Joe and Joe at Largo do Boticário.

Throughout your stay, our team provides remote assistance from Copacabana. You’re also welcome to use our headquarters for restroom and water breaks during your outings! Daily housekeeping is provided for common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, yard) and trash removal. We are always available to help with anything you need!

LUGGAGE, CRIBS & BEACH CHAIRS

Early arrivals from 9 AM and late check-outs until 3 PM can be accommodated at no extra cost, subject to availability—please confirm one day in advance. A crib for children up to 2 years old is available upon request. Beach chairs are offered at no extra charge.

CLEANING

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week at no cost. For daily cleaning or additional linen changes, please check availability and prices with our team.

CORPORATE

Receipts and invoices are issued for corporate stays. Special conditions and exclusive rates are available for frequent or long-term stays in Rio de Janeiro.

The mansion is located at the beginning of Rua Itamonte, a quiet street with a security post in Cosme Velho. It is just minutes from Largo do Boticário and the Corcovado train station. For daily needs, you’ll find plenty of stores on Rua Cosme Velho and Rua das Laranjeiras:

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

SUITE: Two single beds with an additional mattress available for floor use, individual air conditioning, spacious wardrobe, blackout curtains, and high-quality flooring to accommodate up to three guests.

BATHROOM: Private bathroom equipped with a gas-heated shower, hot water, hairdryer, high-quality towels, and essential toiletries.

KITCHEN: Stove, oven, microwave, double-door refrigerator with freezer, wine cooler, coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, and a full set of dishes and utensils. Our housekeeper keeps the kitchen clean throughout the day.

LIVING ROOM/COMMON AREAS: Spacious living rooms with sofas, Smart TV with cable channels and streaming services, high-speed internet, panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture, private pool, barbecue area with utensils, and covered garage for two cars.

PARKING: One parking space per room.

POOL: Available to all guests, with views of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain.

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Early entry is possible from 9:00 AM at no extra charge, provided there is no guest departure on the same day (advance notice is required).

Please send photo identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival, in accordance with data protection regulations. Identification is required at the entrance. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an extra fee of R$150 applies. For key delivery after midnight, the fee is R$250.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. If there is no new guest arriving that day, you may check out until 3:00 PM at no additional cost. When leaving, please place the keys on the table, disconnect any electronic devices, dispose of trash properly, and close the door.
