For security and identification purposes, guests are required to submit a photo ID up to 72 hours prior to arrival, in compliance with data protection regulations. Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be arranged in advance.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. If there are no incoming guests, late check-out until 3:00 PM may be possible. When leaving, please turn off all electronic devices, remove all trash, and return the keys in person. Luggage storage is available at our Copacabana base (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).
