Close to the Park, Jardim de Alah, many people take their pets to run and also play with children there, while they slow down from the rush of everyday life.

Inside the condominium there is a very large area, ideal for reading a book under the trees or, for those with children, letting them loose, including a playground! Super yummy!

From Ataulfo ​​de Paiva, Leblon, you are just a few steps away from Shopping Leblon, the neighborhood's buzz, beautiful views, close to Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

You will stay a few meters from one of the most charming beaches in the world, will have all the local businesses that need pharmacies, markets, shops, free fair, not to mention the main transport of the city: taxi, Uber, bus and subway.
