All our apartments are designed for hosting, managed from Monday to Monday by a team that works with great care to ensure the best experience for guests!

RULES:
1. Check-in: 2 pm; Check-out; 12 pm If you need something different, let us know in time.
2. Do not smoke or consume drugs inside the accommodation.
3. The building is residential. Respect moral values, local laws, condominium rules and noise hours (maximum until 9 pm).
4. In common areas do not travel with bathing suits or shirtless and do not make excessive noise.
5. Obey local rules, for example, limit the number of people in the elevator or dispose of garbage in the appropriate places. If in doubt, ask us.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours when booking, with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, in the most fervent neighborhood of Rio, located at Copacabana! In addition, count on:

1) Wifi, TV, air-conditioned environments, many comfort features;
2) Full kitchen, espresso machine, general kitchen items;
3) Full bathroom, hot water, with hygiene and cleaning items for your day to day.

Don't stop there! Bed linen and towels included, of course! In addition, we are very concerned about cleanliness: clean and fragrant rooms.

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability. On the day of your arrival, at 1 pm, the system will send you instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok?

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

You will be a few steps to one of the most famous beaches in the world, local shops, pharmacies, markets, street markets, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports it is about 20 minutes from the SDU and 50 minutes from the GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in an ordinary neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.
