EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. It offers both front and back views, is located on the third floor, and is just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Amenities include an electronic lock, queen-size bed, single mattresses, bed and bath linens, closet, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtains, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, hygienic shower, and gas hot water.

Private parking is available close to the apartment.

We can provide 1 portable crib for use in your accommodation or your car, along with bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs. Please request these items at least 1 day in advance or collect them from our store.

Bed and bath linens are changed every 7 days. Please request this service 1 day in advance.

The neighborhood puts you near the mall, local attractions, scenic views, Ipanema, and various transportation options, shops, and banks. The apartment is near the beach, in a residential building, and offers a cozy environment—perfect for families looking to relax or work!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is done remotely, using either a password or a key, depending on local availability, from 2 PM to 5 PM.

If you need a different arrangement, please let us know as soon as possible. If there is no guest before you, we will be happy to assist!

On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send you the access password. Please make sure you have Wi-Fi to receive it.

For everyone’s safety, all guests must be identified. Two days prior to your arrival, we will remind you to send photos of your identification documents. Rest assured, your data will be protected according to GDPR regulations.

Check-out is self-service; simply turn off all equipment and close the door. Our cleaning staff will arrive by 12 PM to prepare the space for the next guests.

If you require a late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible. If there is no incoming guest, we will be happy to accommodate your request!

You’ll be just steps away from one of the world’s most famous beaches, as well as local shops, pharmacies, markets, street fairs, and the city’s main transportation options: taxis, ride-sharing, buses, and the subway.

The neighborhood is about 20 minutes from SDU Airport and 50 minutes from GIG Airport.

Nearby, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, from budget-friendly to upscale, along with all the essential shops and services you might need, many open nearly around the clock.

Tips:

Prices at the beach are generally higher than inside the neighborhood.

If paying in cash, always ask for a discount.

All museums offer free admission on Tuesdays.

Daily you have subway, buses and taxis to get in and out of the city and airports.

Avoid cars, the city is very traffic jammed and expensive to park.

We can pick or drop you up at the airports, port or bus station. We use regular sedan cars and registered drivers.
