From the seventh floor, the apartment offers a rare luxury in the area: absolute silence and green views, all while being just steps from the subway, the beach, and the lively Praça General Osório.

Check-in is self-service through a smart lock. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time so we can ensure you have all the necessary support.

The building is strictly residential: please maintain a harmonious environment by avoiding loud noises and disturbances.

Smoking in the bedrooms, hosting parties, events, or receiving unregistered visitors is not allowed (subject to a fine of R$ 200.00 per day if rules are not followed).

Please do not flush toilet paper—use the waste bin provided.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically with a smart lock (arrival window until 7:00 PM).

Check-out: Until 12:00 PM. When leaving, please turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need any special arrangements, we are happy to help whenever possible—just let us know on the day of your check-in or check-out.

You may also request early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for a half-day rate, always confirmed in advance to avoid overbooking.

Arriving after 7:00 PM or before 9:00 AM and need in-person support for entry? After 7:00 PM, a fee of R$ 150 applies; after midnight and before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$ 300.

All guests are required to submit an ID up to 72 hours prior to arrival—your information is protected according to LGPD regulations.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan your bus and subway routes. Santos Dumont Airport: approximately 12 km away (about 25 minutes).

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km away (about 45 minutes). Rio Port (Pier Mauá): approximately 8 km, ideal for cruise passengers.

Parking: PareBem (Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 152), open 24 hours, and Estapar (Rua Barão da Torre, 165). Paid street parking is also available.
