Rua Antônio Parreiras is a quiet, tree-lined residential street connecting the heart of Ipanema to the border with Copacabana, named in honor of the painter Antônio Parreiras. The studio offers a sophisticated retreat nestled between leafy streets and the lively Praça General Osório—just steps from the subway, the beach, and the best bars and restaurants in the area.

Check-in is automatic using an access code. Please inform us of your arrival time so we can ensure complete support upon your arrival.

The building is residential. Maintaining good relations, avoiding loud music, and excessive noise is essential.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the room, host parties or events, or receive unauthorized visitors (a fine of R$ 200.00 per day will be applied in case of non-compliance).

Never flush toilet paper in the toilet—please dispose of it in the bin provided.

This studio accommodates up to two guests in a fully renovated space with a clean, modern design. The Ortobom double bed ensures a comfortable and restful sleep, and the under-bed drawer offers convenient storage for suitcases, helping keep the area uncluttered.

The living area features a 55-inch Smart TV, a dedicated workspace with a desk for your laptop, and a shelf stocked with board games and books for your leisure time.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and sandwich maker—offering convenience for all your meals.

The full bathroom includes a hair dryer and hot water. For your comfort in any season, the space provides blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan to ensure peaceful nights of sleep.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically using a smart lock (arrival window until 7:00 PM).

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. When leaving, please remember to turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need alternative arrangements, we are happy to assist whenever possible—simply let us know on the day of check-in or check-out.

You can also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for an additional half-day rate, always confirmed in advance to avoid overbooking.

Arriving after 7:00 PM or before 9:00 AM and need in-person assistance for entry? After 7:00 PM, a fee of R$150 applies; after midnight and before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$300.

All guests must provide identification up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in accordance with data protection regulations.

Apps such as Uber, 99, and taxis provide quick service right at the building entrance.

Subway: General Osório Station (Lines 1 and 4) is just 100 meters away, offering direct access to Copacabana, Downtown, Barra da Tijuca, and Jardim Botânico. Contactless payments (NFC) and PIX are accepted for both public transportation and local businesses.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan your bus and subway routes. Santos Dumont Airport: about 12 km away (approximately 25 minutes).

Galeão Airport: about 25 km away (approximately 45 minutes). Rio Port (Pier Mauá): about 8 km away, ideal for those arriving by ship.

Parking: PareBem (Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 152) is open 24 hours, and Estapar (Rua Barão da Torre, 165) is also available. Paid street parking is also available nearby.

We offer complimentary return transfers to the airport or bus station for stays of more than 5 nights. For bookings of up to 4 nights, the transfer service is available for R$100 for cars seating up to 4 people (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4:00 pm).
