IMPORTANT NOTES

Check-in is via the building’s 24-hour concierge, where the key will be available with the doorman. Please inform us of your arrival time so we can ensure a smooth welcome.

The building is residential: please be considerate, avoid loud music and excessive noise at all times.

Smoking in the room, hosting parties or events, and receiving unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited (a penalty of R$ 200.00 per day will apply in case of violation).

Never flush toilet paper — please use the waste bin provided.

Pets are welcome.

This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests in a well-designed 45m² space: the bedroom features a cozy double bed, a wardrobe, and a workspace; in the spacious living room, a single mattress is available for a third guest, alongside a plush sofa.

The living area is connected to a fully equipped open kitchen—with cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, water filter, and a complete set of utensils—and features a wide-screen Smart TV with cable channels and streaming services. Added conveniences include a powerful washer-dryer in the unit and fast Wi-Fi throughout the space.

The comfortable bathroom offers a gas water heater, a large mirror, and a hairdryer. Blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a fan ensure restful nights in any season, while board games and books provide extra relaxation during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM (in person), with arrival window until 7:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. When leaving, please remember to turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need different arrangements, we are happy to help whenever possible—just request it on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You can also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for half the daily rate, always confirmed in advance to avoid overbooking.

All guests must send a photo ID up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected according to LGPD regulations.

Subway: General Osório Station (Lines 1 and 4) is about a 10-minute walk away, providing direct access to Copacabana, Downtown, Barra da Tijuca, and Jardim Botânico. Contactless payments (NFC) and PIX are accepted on public transportation and at local businesses.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan your bus and subway routes. Santos Dumont Airport: approximately 12 km away (about 25 minutes).

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km away (about 45 minutes). Rio Port (Pier Mauá): approximately 8 km, ideal for cruise passengers.

Parking: PareBem (Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 152), open 24 hours, and Estapar (Rua Barão da Torre, 165). Paid on-street parking is also available.

We offer free return airport or bus station transfer (Transfer Back) for reservations of more than 5 nights. For shorter stays (less than 4 nights), the Outbound Transfer is R$100 for cars with up to 4 people (request at least 1 day in advance, by 4:00 PM).
