On the 19th floor, the apartment offers a privileged view of downtown, with the city stretching out beneath your window.

On the ground floor of the building, you'll find shops, bookstores, a restaurant, and dance schools; right at the entrance, there's immediate access to both the metro and the VLT. It's the perfect spot to explore both historic and modern Rio, all just steps away from your door.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Access is by self check-in using a key safe. Full instructions will be sent in advance—please provide your estimated arrival time. The building has a mixed residential and commercial use: maintaining good relations and respecting quiet hours is essential.

Smoking, parties, or events are not allowed in the apartment. Never flush toilet paper—please use the trash bin. Pets are welcome.

AMENITIES

The bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, with luggage space and wardrobes. There's a sofa bed in the living room. Large screen TV in the bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room, offering both cable and streaming services.

Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, and blender. A table with stools is available for meals.

Workspace with desk and power outlet. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. Bathroom with hot water and a hairdryer.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: available from 2 PM, completed automatically using a key safe (with an arrival window until 7 PM).

Check-out: by 12 PM. Upon departure, please take out the trash, wash the dishes, turn off all appliances, and return the key to the key safe.

If you require any special arrangements, we are happy to assist whenever possible—just let us know on the day of your check-in or check-out.

You can also secure early check-in (between 9 AM and 1 PM) or late check-out (between 2 PM and 6 PM) by paying half a daily rate. This must always be confirmed with us in advance to avoid booking conflicts.

All guests are required to submit identification up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in accordance with data protection laws.
