IMPORTANT NOTES

Access is through self check-in: complete instructions will be sent before your arrival, with all necessary guidance to enter the building and apartment simply and securely.

The building is residential: it is essential to maintain good relations, observe quiet hours, and avoid loud noise.

Smoking in the room, hosting parties or events, and allowing unauthorized guests are not permitted (a penalty of R$100.00 per person, per day, applies for violations).

Extra guests above the reserved number: a penalty of R$200.00 per night for each additional guest.

Never dispose of toilet paper in the toilet—use the bin provided.

Pets are welcome.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The Studio Blue accommodates up to three guests within a well-designed 35m² space: the queen bed provides a restful night’s sleep, while the sofa bed comfortably hosts a third guest.

The open-plan area combines a living space with a wide-screen Smart TV, a work area for your laptop, and a fully equipped kitchen—featuring a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and coffee maker. You’ll also find a complete dinnerware set and glasses for your meals.

The bathroom blends classic and modern styles, offering hot water, a hairdryer, and a handheld bidet shower. For restful nights, soft bedding and pillows are provided, along with blankets and a duvet; blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan ensure comfort in every season.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically through self check-in (arrival window until 7:00 PM).

Check-out: Until 12:00 PM. Upon departure, please remember to turn off all devices, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need a different arrangement, we are happy to assist whenever possible—just let us know on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You can also arrange for early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for a half-day rate, always confirmed with us in advance to avoid overbooking.

All guests are required to provide a valid ID up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in accordance with LGPD legislation.

Subway: General Osório Station (Lines 1 and 4) is just 200 meters away, offering direct access to Copacabana, Downtown, Barra da Tijuca, and Jardim Botânico. Contactless payment (NFC) and PIX are accepted on public transportation and in local stores.

We recommend the Moovit app to plan bus and subway routes. Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 12 km away (about 25 minutes).

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km away (about 45 minutes). Rio Port (Pier Mauá): approximately 8 km, ideal for cruise ship arrivals.

Free street parking and paid parking lots are available just steps from the apartment.

We offer a free return transfer (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus station for stays of more than 5 nights. Outbound transfers for stays of up to 4 nights are available for R$100 for cars with up to 4 people (request at least 1 day in advance, by 4 p.m.).
