Inside the apartment, the 40 m² studio is thoughtfully designed, providing essential comfort with integrated spaces, natural light, and city views. The living area has a sofa bed, the compact kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom features a double bed — ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers.

Access is by self check-in with a password; full instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. Please inform us of your expected arrival time.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours and requests photos of identification documents, as well as entry and exit information, through the channel provided in your booking confirmation.

The apartment has an energy control system: the activation button is located next to the mirror.

The building is residential: maintaining harmony, respecting quiet hours, and avoiding loud music is essential.

Smoking and hosting parties or events in the apartment are strictly prohibited.

Please do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet — use the waste bin provided.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. At departure, please remember to switch off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need any adjustments to the scheduled times, we are happy to help whenever possible—just make your request on the day of check-in or check-out.

You can request early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for an additional half-day fee, always confirmed in advance with us to avoid reservation conflicts.

INTERESTING FACTS

The name Copacabana comes from a Bolivian town on the shores of Lake Titicaca— in the Aymara language, kota kahuana means “view of the lake.” The image of Our Lady of Copacabana arrived in Rio in the 18th century, and the chapel built in 1746 on the rocky spot where the Fort now stands gave its name to the neighborhood, which was previously known as Sacopenapã. Until the end of the 19th century, this area was almost uninhabited and only began to attract residents after the tunnel to Botafogo opened in 1892. The wave-patterned promenade is the work of Burle Marx, completed in 1970 and inspired by Rossio Square in Lisbon—it’s now protected as a city landmark.

Copacabana Beach is just a short walk away, with a busy promenade, kiosks, and lifeguard stations lining its 4-kilometer stretch. Ride-hailing apps such as Uber, 99, and taxis offer fast pick-up right at the building entrance.

Subway: Siqueira Campos Station (Line 1) is about a 6-minute walk, providing direct access to Ipanema, Downtown, Botafogo, and Tijuca. Cantagalo Station, on the border with Ipanema, is about a 9-minute walk. Contactless payment (NFC) and PIX are accepted both on public transport and in local shops.

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km (about 45 minutes). Port of Rio (Pier Mauá): approximately 8 km, ideal for cruise arrivals.
