EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Located on the 10th floor, it offers a front-facing view of Barra da Tijuca beach. Just cross the street to reach the beach!

It is equipped with an electronic lock, double bed, single bed, double sofa bed in the living room, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtains, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, a fully equipped kitchen, and hot water.

Private parking is available for the entire stay.

We also provide a portable crib, car seat, along with extra bed linens, towels, and beach chairs. Please request in advance if you wish to reserve any of these items.

Bed linens and towels are changed every 7 days. Please request at least 1 day in advance.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is done remotely using an access code, depending on availability, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. On your arrival day, at 1:00 PM, we will send you the access code. Please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi to receive this information. If you need a different check-in time, let us know in advance. We are here to help!

To ensure everyone's safety, we require identification from all guests. Two days before your arrival, we will request photos of the documents for each guest. Rest assured, your information is protected by data privacy regulations.

Check-out is self-service: simply turn off the appliances and close the door when you leave. Our cleaning team will arrive at 12:00 PM to prepare the space for the next guests.

While the subway already serves Barra, it does not yet cover the entire neighborhood. Many people use private cars, but traffic is usually heavy during peak hours.
