ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Early entry from 9:00 am is possible at no extra charge if there is no guest checking out that day (please notify us in advance).

Please submit photo identification up to 72 hours before arrival, in accordance with data protection regulations. Identification is required at the front desk. Arrivals requiring on-site assistance after 8:00 pm are subject to an extra fee of R$ 150; after midnight, the fee is R$ 300.

Check-out: by 12:00 pm. If there are no new guests scheduled for that day, check-out can be extended until 3:00 pm at no additional cost. When leaving, please leave the keys on the table, disconnect all equipment, organize the trash, and close the door.

Copacabana is one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro, blending history, culture, and a complete tourist infrastructure.

The name Copacabana has a fascinating origin, dating back to the 19th century when the area was called Sacopenapã, a Tupi term meaning "land good for hunting."
