In-person service in Copacabana daily, from 9 AM to 7 PM. Weekly linen and towel change, free crib and beach chairs. We issue invoices. Free airport transfer for stays over 5 nights.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The apartment is in a residential building with 24-hour security at the front desk, ensuring safety throughout your stay. Just two blocks from the beach, with quick access to the promenade. Please observe quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Garbage disposal must comply with building rules. Please remember to switch off the air conditioning and lights when leaving, to help maintain sustainability and safety.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in is available from 9:00 AM at no extra charge if there are no guests departing on the same day. The access code will be sent around 1:00 PM. Guest documents must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance (in compliance with data protection laws). Identification at the gate is required. After 8:00 PM, a fee of R$ 150 may be charged if staff presence is necessary on site.

CHECK-OUT: By 12:00 PM. If there are no incoming guests, you may stay until 3:00 PM at no additional cost. If you would like, late check-out until 6:00 PM can be secured for half the daily rate. Before leaving, please disconnect all electronic devices and dispose of any trash properly.

HISTORY:

Copacabana, known as the "Little Princess of the Sea," began as a secluded fishing village inhabited by devotees of Our Lady of Copacabana. Its transformation started in the early 20th century with the opening of the Old Tunnel, which connected the neighborhood to the rest of the city and attracted the Rio elite. The inauguration of the Copacabana Palace in 1923 cemented the area’s reputation as a world symbol of glamour. Today, Copacabana is a vibrant cosmopolitan center, famous for its wave-patterned promenade and some of the world's largest New Year’s Eve celebrations, preserving the history of a classic yet modern Rio de Janeiro.
