Find your retreat on Rua Barata Ribeiro, near the beach, Posto 3, Ipanema, and local shops. The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and 24-hour concierge. Pets are welcome!

On-site service in Copacabana daily from 9am to 7pm. Weekly linen and towel changes, free cot and beach chairs. Invoice provided. Free return transfer to the airport for stays over 5 nights.

The access password or key will be sent directly to you on your arrival day, at 1:00 PM. Once you arrive, simply unlock the door and feel at home. If you need anything before or after this time, just let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Our team is always available to support you every day of the week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

YOUR COMFORT IN DETAIL:

With a convenient electronic lock, you have complete freedom to come and go as you wish. Enjoy a comfortable double bed and a single bed. Fresh, clean, high-quality linens and towels are provided. A functional closet is available to organize your belongings. Air conditioning keeps the space cool on warm days. The TV offers entertainment, and blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep. An iron and hair dryer are available to help you look your best. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom features a bidet shower and gas-heated hot water for a relaxing shower.

CLEANING SERVICE: To keep everything organized, our cleaning staff can assist you for R$ 120 (up to 4 hours). Please let us know one day in advance. The service includes a general cleaning of the apartment (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen) and bed-making with the same linens.

YOUR COZY APARTMENT: FEATURES AND SERVICES

Our functional apartment offers a charming bedroom, an integrated living area for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen to explore your favorite recipes, and a practical bathroom. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment provides both front and rear views, and is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach!

During your stay, you’ll have a super comfortable double bed, a single bed, cable TV for entertainment, Wi-Fi to keep you connected, air conditioning, all essential household utensils, and hot water for a refreshing shower.

For your convenience, private parking is available in front of the building or just one block from the apartment.

If you’re traveling with young children, we can provide a portable crib and beach chairs to enjoy the sun (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).

Every 7 days, we provide a complete change of bed linens and towels, ensuring everything stays fresh and comfortable for you (please request at least 1 day in advance).

In our lively neighborhood, you’ll be close to great restaurants, breathtaking scenery, right by the ocean, with easy access to transportation and shops. Our residential building offers a safe and welcoming environment!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is completed remotely using an access code, available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. If you need to check in earlier or after 5:00 PM, please let us know as soon as possible. If there are no other guests, we’ll be happy to assist.

On your arrival day, at 1:00 PM, we’ll send you the access code. Please ensure you have internet access to receive it. If you require any alternative arrangements, let us know in advance.

For everyone’s safety, all guests must be identified. Two days before your arrival, we will remind you to send photos of your identification documents. Rest assured, your information will be protected according to data privacy regulations.

Check-out is self-service: simply turn off all appliances and close the door when leaving. Our cleaning team will arrive at 12:00 PM to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

If you need a late check-out, please notify us in advance. If there are no incoming guests, we will gladly assist you!

Leave everything to us: we can handle your grocery shopping, pick out fresh fruit or pharmacy items, and also arrange tickets for the city’s top attractions. We organize comfortable transfers between airports (SDU: R$ 120, GIG: R$ 150) and other destinations like concert venues, Cabo Frio (R$ 600), and Ilha Grande (R$ 800). For transfers, please place your request at least 2 days in advance.

All communication will be handled promptly and securely through the website where you made your reservation, every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This keeps everything safe and well-organized!

CURIOSITIES AND HISTORICAL FACTS:

Copacabana Palace: Opened in 1923, this iconic hotel has become a symbol of luxury and glamour, hosting celebrities and significant events. Walking past its facade feels like stepping back in time!

Copacabana Sidewalk: Designed by Burle Marx, its black-and-white waves are renowned worldwide, transforming the sidewalk into an open-air masterpiece and making it one of Brazil’s most famous landmarks.

The Revolt of the 18 of the Fort: In 1922, the Copacabana Fort was the setting for a military uprising that marked national history. The "18 of the Fort" courageously marched along the waterfront, leading a politically important episode.

TRANSPORTATION

Return transfers to the airport are available for guests staying 5 nights or more.

Multiple subway lines serve the area — Copacabana Station, as well as other nearby stations, provide access to Line 1, connecting you to downtown, the North Zone, Barra da Tijuca, and other key areas.

Various bus lines operate throughout the neighborhood, offering connections across the city, including downtown, the North Zone, the West Zone, different beaches, and Barra da Tijuca.

Conventional taxis are available at nearby taxi stands throughout the neighborhood. Mobility apps such as Uber and 99 also operate in the area, providing convenient service with upfront pricing.

The neighborhood is well-structured, making it easy to get around both on foot and by public transportation.

PARKING:

Rio Rotativo Parking – Rua Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1085 (directly in front of the property) – open from Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., allows parking for up to 4 hours with hourly charges.

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, about a 30-minute drive. Galeão International Airport is around 25 km away, which takes roughly 45 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away for guests arriving by intercity bus.
