Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and must be strictly observed. The building has specific rules for waste disposal and use of common areas. When leaving, please remember to turn off the air conditioning and lights to help with sustainability and ensure the safety of your stay.

LUGGAGE, CRIB, AND BEACH CHAIRS

For arrivals from 9 a.m. and departures until 3 p.m., please check availability with us in advance. We offer flexible check-in and check-out at no extra cost if the apartment is available. A crib is available for babies up to 2 years old upon prior request. We also provide a luggage storage base in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays, linen exchange is included once a week. Additional cleaning services can be arranged, depending on availability and rates.

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: Available from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is possible from 9:00 AM, free of charge and subject to availability. Please send a photo ID up to 72 hours in advance for data verification (LGPD). For in-person arrivals after 8:00 PM, a fee of R$150 will be charged.

CHECK-OUT: Until 12:00 PM. Late check-out is flexible until 3:00 PM if there are no new reservations. When leaving, please turn off all electronics and remove any trash.

History:

Copacabana, affectionately known as the "Little Princess of the Sea," became the heart of Rio de Janeiro in the early 20th century, following the opening of the Old Tunnel. The neighborhood evolved from an isolated stretch of sand into one of the city’s major symbols of sophistication and leisure, highlighted by the inauguration of the Copacabana Palace in 1923. Today, it blends art deco architecture with modern influences, serving as a cultural landmark and the setting for one of the world's largest New Year's Eve celebrations. Copacabana is considered the most cosmopolitan address in Rio.

BUS: Municipal lines accept payment via PIX or a specific transport card (Riocard/Jaça). If you need a transport card, we can provide one if you notify us in advance of your arrival.

AIRPORTS: Santos Dumont (9 km) and Galeão (24 km).
