The air conditioning ensures freshness on sunny days. The TV is ready for your moments of relaxation, and the blackout curtain invites you to an invigorating sleep. Iron and hair dryer are your allies to always stay impeccable. In the full kitchen, you will find everything to prepare your meals with convenience. The bathroom has a shower and hot gas for a relaxing bath.

HOUSEKEEPER: To keep everything shining, our dear housekeeper can give a help for R$ 120 (up to 4 hours). Let us know one day in advance. The service includes general cleaning of the apartment (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen) and bed making with the same clothes.

Our functional apartment has 2 charming rooms, 1 integrated room for your moments of relaxation, a kitchen equipped for your culinary adventures and 1 practical bathroom. Located on the 6th floor, with back/ front view, is less than 15 minutes from the beach!

Parking without worries? We have a reserved space for you in your accommodation.

Your accommodation features 1 super comfortable double bed, 1 bunk bed, cable TV for your movies and series, Wi-Fi to maintain the connection, air conditioning, all basic household utensils and hot water for a refreshing bath.

For your convenience, there is private parking in front or 1 block from the apartment.

If you travel with a small treasure, we can lend 1 portable cot and baby bed clothes, plus beach chairs to enjoy the sun (request 1 day before).

Every 7 days, we carry out the complete change of bed linen and bath so you always have everything fresh (just order 1 day in advance).

In our vibrant neighborhood, you will be close to great restaurants, amazing scenery, beaches and with all the transport and commerce options around you. Our residential building is a safe and cozy refuge!

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM.

If you need early Checkin or after 5PM, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. Let me know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of the LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!

We can make everything ready for you: your market purchases, fresh fruit or pharmacy items. Tickets to the coolest attractions in town. Comfortable transfers from and to airports (SDU: R$ 120, GIG: R$ 150) and other destinations such as show houses, Cabo Frio (R$ 600) and Ilha Grande (R$ 800). For transfers, ask at least 2 days in advance, okay?

All our communication will be done with care and agility through the website of your reservation, from Sunday to Sunday, from 08h to 20h. So everything is organized and safe!

And you can count on us for any urgency or emergency within our opening hours! We know that being out of the house requires special support!

CURIOSITIES AND HISTORICAL FACTS

The Estrada dos Bandeirantes is an important arterial route of the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, with approximately 25 kilometers in length. It begins at Largo da Taquara and extends to the meeting with Avenida das Américas, near the Cemetery of Piabas.

The name of the road is a tribute to the bandeirantes, explorers of colonial Brazil.

The Rio Centro region, near the Estrada dos Bandeirantes, has undergone major urban development due to the 2007 Pan American Games and the 2016 Olympics.

The area where the road is located houses a mixture of large residential condominiums, environmental preservation areas and important event centers such as Rio Centro and Jeunesse Arena.
