Imagine waking up to birdsong and mountain air, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and leisure areas that make you feel at home — and in a mountain resort. That’s Refúgio da Serra: a haven of peace, safety, and well-being in the lush greenery of Teresópolis.

Cobblestone paths, tall trees, and attention to every detail create a welcoming and elegant setting — perfect for peaceful walks, shaded rest, and moments of connection with nature.

The multi-sport court, surrounded by stone walls and wire fencing, offers a breathtaking mountain backdrop — great for family matches: soccer, volleyball, or basketball with the mountain breeze and rustling leaves.

Kids love it here: the outdoor playground features a slide, swings, goals, gym bar, and even a charming wooden playhouse — all safely nestled in greenery.

The gourmet area is a highlight: a covered veranda with wood-fired oven, large counter, fridge, and rustic stone table for the whole family. Perfect for sunset BBQs or relaxed lunches on chilly days. Brick walls and exposed wood bring a country house vibe with comfort.

Attached is a bright and welcoming game room with large windows and a beautiful view. It offers pool table, foosball, and wooden tables for fun moments with family and friends.

The pool is stunning — spacious, crystal-clear, with loungers, tables, and panoramic forest views. Ideal for sunbathing, reading, or simply enjoying the scenery. It also features a bar and covered lounge area.

There’s also a glazed indoor relaxation space with loungers — perfect after the sauna or for reading on cool days.

OUR HOUSE

Cozy, charming, and immersed in nature. That’s our house at Refúgio da Serra — a special place designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment.

Right at the entrance, a path lined with blooming gardens and ivy-covered walls leads to the gate. Nature is everywhere, and the mountain view begins to unfold — setting the tone for the peaceful experience ahead.

The covered garage fits two cars and offers easy access to the main entrance. Safe, spacious, and surrounded by plants and wooden benches — it invites you to disconnect from city life.

To the side, a delightful patio opens like a private square: vibrant flowers, a sun umbrella, and cozy chairs create the perfect setting for breakfast outdoors, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply birdwatching. The lush greenery and careful landscaping make for a serene and welcoming environment.

The façade combines exposed brick, wood, and artisanal details — creating a rustic, elegant style. Succulents, ferns, and simple decorative touches give the home personality and warmth.

Inside, the house is spacious, airy, and full of charm. It comfortably hosts up to 6 guests, with 2 double bedrooms and an inflatable double mattress plus a single (let us know in advance!). The décor blends rustic elements, art, and mountain style — from a lilac reading chair to artisan sculptures and windows that frame the view.

There are 3 full bathrooms — bright, naturally ventilated, and beautifully detailed. The main one has a glass sink, wood accents, and a warm, thoughtful atmosphere. All are well-equipped!

The dining room is pure charm: a sturdy wooden table, heart-shaped chairs, vintage glassware cabinet, and soft lighting — perfect for fondue nights or slow breakfasts overlooking the green.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook: fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, water filter, chest freezer, and dishwasher. Everything is here for you to feel right at home — with a view of the mountains.

For your comfort, bed and bath linen are included, along with Wi-Fi and a quiet setting for remote work. For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide 2 linen sets per guest for mid-stay changes.

Our house was made to welcome — with warmth, greenery, and details that make a difference. Everything has been lovingly prepared for your well-being.
