The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils, and coffee maker, a comfortable living space, and a bathroom with a hot shower and good ventilation.

We offer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens, and electronic lock for convenience and security. Whether you're here to relax or work remotely, you'll find everything you need — just bring your travel plans.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is in person, with physical key delivery, available between 2PM and 6PM. If you need to arrive outside this window, please let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to help if possible.

Check-out is by 12PM. If you need flexibility, just contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

For safety, we ask for guest identification 48 hours before arrival, in compliance with Brazil’s LGPD (Data Protection Law).
