GENERAL NOTES

Your reservation is exclusive to the entire apartment, offering complete privacy and comfort for up to 3 guests. Pets are welcome—just let us know in advance so we can prepare everything with care. We also provide a portable crib, extra bed linens, and beach chairs upon request (ideally with 1 day's notice). For stays longer than 7 days, you can request an additional change of bed and bath linens, free of charge.

As this is a residential building, we ask that you avoid excessive noise after 9 PM and follow the building's rules for coexistence and safety. Smoking cigarettes or illicit substances is not permitted in the accommodation. For your peace of mind, our platform support is available daily, from 8 AM to 8 PM, and our team is ready to assist with emergencies.

COZY & FUNCTIONAL

This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single futon mattresses, air conditioning, TV, and a full kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, and basic utensils. The complete bathroom has a glass shower, natural ventilation, and hot water.

Entry is via a physical key, and the Wi-Fi is excellent for those working remotely or staying connected.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is in person, with physical key delivery, available between 2PM and 6PM. If you need to arrive outside this window, please let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to help if possible.

Check-out is by 12PM. If you need flexibility, just contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

For safety, we ask for guest identification 48 hours before arrival, in compliance with Brazil’s LGPD (Data Protection Law).

Copacabana was once a fishing village called Sacopenapã, gaining its identity with the arrival of the chapel of Our Lady of Copacabana in the 18th century. The neighborhood transformed with the inauguration of the Túnel Velho in 1892 and Avenida Atlântica in 1906. In 1923, the legendary Copacabana Palace was born, solidifying the neighborhood's glamour and attracting celebrities worldwide.

Here you'll also find the Forte de Copacabana, stage of the 1922 "Revolta dos 18 do Forte" — a landmark in Brazilian republican history. Today, the site houses a military museum, a charming pastry shop, and offers one of the most incredible views of the coastline.
