GENERAL NOTES

Your reservation secures the entire apartment for your exclusive use, accommodating up to 4 guests. Children are welcome! We do not allow pets.

Items such as a portable crib, extra bedding, and beach chairs are available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice.

For stays longer than 7 days, we offer an additional change of bed linen and towels upon request.

The building is residential—please maintain quiet after 8:00 PM and respect community guidelines. Our support is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM through the reservation platform. For emergencies, we are here to help!

You’ll be close to shops and services such as markets, pharmacies, banks, and dining options. The beach and Posto 5 are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the neighborhood offers excellent infrastructure for all your daily needs.

COMFORT AND FUNCTIONALITY

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with convenience and ease. The bedroom features a cozy double bed and air conditioning. In the living room, the sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for flexible accommodation.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and a dining area — perfect for those who prefer to prepare their own meals after a day of exploring.

Wi-Fi is available for guests who need to work or stay connected. The environment is quiet and inviting, offering a sense of well-being at any time.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive from 9:00 AM, this is possible at no extra cost, provided there are no guests checking out on the same day. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so everything can be prepared for you. Your check-in is with keys.

All guests must send a copy of their identification up to 72 hours before arrival. Your information is protected according to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). It is mandatory to identify all individuals entering the space to ensure everyone's safety.

CHECK-OUT: Until 12:00 PM. You may check out by 3:00 PM at no extra charge, provided there is no new reservation for that day.

If your stay includes physical keys, simply leave them on the table, disconnect all used equipment, dispose of trash properly, and close the door when you leave. If you need to store your luggage, you may use our location at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome and we provide a baby crib! Events and parties are not allowed in the space. Pets are also welcome! For everyone's comfort, please respect quiet hours and keep common areas clean. Leashes are required in all public areas.

ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Its name comes from the Quechua "Copacabana," meaning "the place where the God of gold looks upon the people"—a reference to the revered Virgin of Copacabana.
