Located in the charming Itaoca Condominium, in Mangaratiba, our house was designed to welcome guests well: with space, comfort, an integrated outdoor area, a pool with a sea view, and a beach house atmosphere. Ideal for families and groups of friends.

GERERAL NOTES

1. The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.

2. As this is a residential condominium, we kindly ask for silence after 10 PM.

3. Extra visitors must be informed in advance.

4. Children are very welcome—we have plenty of space for them to enjoy!

5. Pets are allowed, but we recommend caution with delicate items in the house.

6. To ensure greater comfort, we recommend coming with your own car (or renting one) due to the distance from public transport.

THE CONDOMINIUM

Itaoca Condominium is a benchmark for safety, nature, and tranquility in Mangaratiba. With exclusive access to the beach and a viewpoint, you'll be surrounded by greenery, with plenty of peace and freedom to walk, cycle, or explore the region.

OUR HOUSE

A welcoming home for your days of rest, with 4 cozy bedrooms, 5 double beds and 2 single beds, a spacious and airy living room with a hammock, sofas, and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, a pool with a wooden deck and stunning views, a barbecue grill, a grass volleyball/footvolley court, integrated spaces that invite togetherness, and best of all: pets are welcome—their happiness is also important here! Everything has been designed for you to feel at home, with that delightful feeling of being on vacation.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

In-person check-in: Our team is on-site between 11 AM and 5 PM. If you plan to arrive close to 5 PM, please let us know in advance for flexibility.

Check-out is by 12 PM (noon). Flexible check-out may be available for an extra fee.

Document requests will be sent 72 hours in advance (for security and LGPD compliance).
