Located in the charming Itaoca Condominium at Mangaratiba, our house is spacious and cozy, perfect for families and friends, or even small celebrations. It´s pool with sea view, a large furnished balcony, leisure area, space for footvolley and outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill.

GENERAL NOTES

We initially prepare the house for 8 guests — if you plan to host more people or celebrate a special occasion (mini wedding, birthday, etc.), just let us know in advance so we can adjust the setup and pricing accordingly.

This is a residential condominium, so we kindly ask for silence after 8 PM. All visitors must be registered in advance. Kids are welcome — the outdoor area is perfect for play. Pets are also welcome!

We recommend coming by car, as public transportation is limited in the area.

OUR HOME

The living room opens onto the veranda through wide doors, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The indoor kitchen is modern and functional, featuring a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, and a central island — a perfect setting for cooking together. The outdoor kitchen includes a sink, barbecue grill, and a beautiful view — an ideal backdrop for laid-back gatherings.

There are 4 welcoming sleeping areas with 5 double beds and 2 single beds, plus bed linens and bath towels provided. The bathrooms offer hot water and functionality, with a natural touch. Everything you need to unwind in a simple yet genuine style.

It features 24-hour security, exclusive access to the beach and lookout point, and full infrastructure — including a marina for nautical support and a shared pool. Check-in with our team is available between 11 AM and 5 PM. Need a different time? Just contact us. Check-out by 12 PM (flexible upon request, extra fee may apply).

We ask for guest information 72 hours in advance for safety and in accordance with local regulations and data protection (LGPD).

Mangaratiba is a gem on the Costa Verde (Green Coast), south of Rio. Its turquoise waters, lush Atlantic forest, and welcoming vibe make it the ideal base to explore Ilha Grande and Angra dos Reis.

Access via BR-101 (Rio-Santos). Public buses, taxis, and apps (Uber/99) available, but car is best.

We offer pre-scheduled transfers to beaches, downtown, Ilha Grande, and trails.
