IMPORTANT NOTES

The apartment is located in a residential building with 24-hour doorman service. Pets are welcome. Please respect the quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Trash disposal must follow the building’s guidelines. Kindly turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: Available from 2:00 PM, and may be flexible from 9:00 AM at no extra charge if there was no previous guest. Check-in is done via electronic lock (code sent at 1:00 PM). Documents must be provided 72 hours in advance (in compliance with data protection laws). Identification is required at the entrance. After 8:00 PM, a R$150 fee may apply if our team needs to be physically present.

CHECK-OUT: By 12:00 PM. You may leave until 3:00 PM at no extra charge if no new guest is arriving. Please disconnect all equipment and properly dispose of trash before leaving.
