How does check-in work? Please notify us at least 24 hours before your planned arrival date and time (our system requires a specific time), and we will send you the necessary information by email or your preferred messaging app!

The accommodation is fully equipped to ensure your comfort and security, just like a real home. The door code or key will be provided on your arrival day at 1 PM. If you need alternative arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our team is available every day, from Sunday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 8 PM to assist you!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is completed remotely using a secure code. On your arrival day, at 1:00 PM, you will receive detailed instructions through our system. Please ensure you have access to Wi-Fi to receive this information without any issues.

For everyone's safety, guest identification is required. Two days before your arrival, we will request a photo of your identification documents again. Rest assured, your information will be protected in accordance with data protection regulations.

You are welcome to park and bring your belongings at your convenience. Guests are welcome!

Housekeeping services are available during your stay to keep the house tidy, for an affordable fee. If you would like to use this service, just let us know!
