GENERAL INFORMATION

Your reservation grants you exclusive use of the entire accommodation. Guests are welcome, as long as you respect the occupancy limit, and they must be identified in advance.

How does it work? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, specifying the desired date and time (this information is required by our system). We will then generate and send your access details via email or another channel of your choice.

The accommodation is equipped with everything you'd expect in a home, designed to offer comfort and security. The code or key for your door will be provided on your arrival day, starting at 1 pm. If you require a different arrangement, please inform us as soon as possible.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, from 9:00 AM, you may do so at no extra cost, as long as there is no other guest departing on the same day—just let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for you. Access is provided via electronic lock.

All guests are required to send an identification document up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Identification for everyone is mandatory to ensure everyone's safety.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. If there is no new guest arriving on the same day, you may check out until 3:00 PM at no extra cost.

For accommodations with physical keys, simply leave them on the table, unplug all electronic devices, dispose of waste properly, and close the door when you leave. If you need to store luggage, we offer this service at our base located at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana. Service hours are every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Children are welcome, and we provide cribs for babies! Events and parties are not allowed on the premises. Pets are welcome too! For everyone's comfort, please respect quiet hours and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces. Leashes are mandatory in public areas.

TRANSPORTATION

Multiple metro lines serve the area — Copacabana Station and nearby stations provide access to Line 1, connecting you to Downtown, North Zone, Barra da Tijuca, and other key locations.

Several bus lines also operate in the neighborhood, offering connections to all parts of the city, including Downtown, North Zone, West Zone, other beaches, and Barra da Tijuca.

Traditional taxis are available at designated points on neighborhood streets. Apps like Uber and 99 provide modern alternatives with upfront pricing.

The neighborhood is well-organized and practical for getting around on foot or by public transportation.

PARKING:

Although the property does not have its own garage, verified parking is available right in front:

Rio Rotativo Parking — Rua Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1085 (across from the property) — open Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., allows up to 4 hours of parking, hourly rates apply.

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, about a 30-minute drive. Galeão International Airport is about 25 km from the property, which usually takes around 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away for those arriving via long-distance coaches.

The secret to Copacabana is to explore it on foot. The neighborhood is flat, well-lit, safe, and pleasant for walking. You'll find the beach, upscale restaurants and bars, all kinds of shops, pharmacies and supermarkets, cultural attractions, museums, and historic forts.
