GENERAL NOTES

The house is spacious, functional, and very well located, with easy access to Ipanema beach, the subway, bars, restaurants, and shops. Each room is private, ensuring comfort and privacy. Ventilated rooms, welcoming common spaces, and a harmonious atmosphere make this place the ideal refuge for those who want to enjoy Rio with freedom.

We do not offer breakfast, but there are delicious bakeries and cafes very close by. Our team is available every day, from 8 am to 8 pm, to help you with everything you need.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The house has 4 private rooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a charming backyard to relax in.

You will have access to a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and utensils), high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels (with a free change every 7 days), and laundry available for long stays.

We also offer cleaning service upon request and a transfer service with scheduling.

SERVICES AND DIFFERENTIALS

Our support is available every day, from 8 am to 8 pm, to offer assistance, information, and tips about the city. Access to the House is securely granted by a key stored in a password-protected safe, with the password being sent at 1 pm on the day of arrival—remember to be connected to the Internet to receive the password.

We offer the possibility of payment in up to 12 installments with interest, to facilitate your reservation. Yes Temporada acts as a travel agency, serving leisure tourists, corporate guests, and companies, offering invoice issuance when necessary. For your comfort, we provide a free change of bed linen and towels every seven days, upon request. Our support point in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43, Loja A) offers baggage storage service, at no additional cost.

ABOUT THE SPACE

The house was designed to offer practicality, comfort, and functionality in every detail, ensuring a pleasant and worry-free stay. The integrated space is this room ideal for up to 3 people, featuring 3 single beds, with the option to request the configuration of 1 Queen bed and 1 comfortable single bed that provides complete nights of rest.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, including a microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils, allowing you to prepare quick meals. Additionally, we offer quality bed and bath linen, ensuring practicality and comfort throughout your stay.

The house also features air conditioning/climate control and high-speed Wi-Fi, offering independence/autonomy. This space was designed for those seeking practicality without sacrificing comfort, making it ideal for couples or solo travelers who wish to enjoy Ipanema with tranquility and style.

Please remember that the common areas/rooms are shared, only the room of your reservation is private.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Your check-in is in person, with keys and identification of all guests, ensuring everyone’s safety.

You’ll receive one key and a password for the main entrance (please keep the door locked at all times) and one key for your private locker.

Your reservation includes one single bed, neatly made and fresh. However, we can prepare it as a double bed if you prefer and have two reservations. We also offer female-only private suites and rooms for groups of friends or families. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll take care of everything!

The house also features shared living areas, including a living room, kitchen, and patio. You can store your food in the refrigerator, and there are six bathrooms, always kept spotless by our housekeeper — who works every day, from Sunday to Sunday, to ensure everything stays clean and organized.
