GENERAL NOTES

The house is spacious, functional, and very well located, with easy access to Ipanema beach, the subway, bars, restaurants, and shops. Each room is private, ensuring comfort and privacy. Ventilated rooms, welcoming common spaces, and a harmonious atmosphere make this place the ideal refuge for those who want to enjoy Rio with freedom.

We do not offer breakfast, but there are delicious bakeries and cafes very close by. Our team is available every day, from 8 am to 8 pm, to help you with everything you need.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The house has 4 private rooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a charming backyard to relax in.

You will have access to a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and utensils), high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels (with a free change every 7 days), and laundry available for long stays.

We also offer cleaning service upon request and a transfer service with scheduling.

SERVICES AND DIFFERENTIALS

Our support is available every day, from 8 am to 8 pm, to offer assistance, information, and tips about the city. Access to the House is securely granted by a key stored in a password-protected safe, with the password being sent at 1 pm on the day of arrival—remember to be connected to the Internet to receive the password.

We offer the possibility of payment in up to 12 installments with interest, to facilitate your reservation. Yes Temporada acts as a travel agency, serving leisure tourists, corporate guests, and companies, offering invoice issuance when necessary. For your comfort, we provide a free change of bed linen and towels every seven days, upon request. Our support point in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43, Loja A) offers baggage storage service, at no additional cost.

OUR SPACE

Our hostel has 4 rooms, 6 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 22 people. In the common areas, we have a great living room with a table and sofas, as well as a kitchen and a charming backyard for relaxing. The rooms are well-ventilated, bathrooms are always clean, and we have a dining area, a display cooler with drinks (paid separately), and a work table. Here you can read a book, have a coffee or a glass of wine, and chat with pleasant people!

Our kitchen is shared, and if you have the skills and want to, you can cook to your heart's content! If you're up for it, we can even do some crowdfunding and come up with a cool and delicious meal for everyone! But if you prefer a good old-fashioned simple dish, relax—we have everything you might need!

The rooms are divided into female and male, private and shared. When you make your reservation, please let us know how you prefer to stay!

In all scenarios, our team will be at your disposal seven days a week, 12 hours a day, always ready to serve you in the best possible way!

CHECK-IN y CHECK-OUT

Su check-in es presencial, con llave e identificación de todos los huéspedes, para seguridad de todos.

Recibirá 2 llaves para acceder a la casa, 1 llave para tener acceso libre en la villa y 1 para la puerta principal.

Su reserva será para 2 literas individuales, con sábanas y fragantes. Pero podemos preparar la cama para pareja, si lo prefiere y son 2 reservas, además de la suite privada para chicas y para grupos de amigos o familia. Avise todo lo que sea de su agrado, ¿de acuerdo?

La casa también cuenta con sala de estar, cocina y patio compartidos. Puede guardar sus alimentos en la nevera y hay 6 baños, que siempre serán limpiados por nuestra camarera, para uso de todos. Ella trabaja todos los días de domingo a domingo para mantener todo organizado y limpio.
