This apartment combines comfort and practicality in a quiet, welcoming space. The spacious balcony with a sofa is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, while air-conditioned rooms ensure comfort in any season. Just minutes from Ipanema Beach and Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, you’ll experience the true Carioca lifestyle surrounded by bike paths, local shops, cafés, and charming bakeries. The residential building has an elevator and a peaceful neighborhood. Inside, it is bright and decorated with modern touches: a master suite with a king-size bed and soft linens, an extra bedroom with a workstation, a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a balcony with a green view. A fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area with a washing machine complete the experience. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transportation.

GENERAL INFO

Your reservation is private, with exclusive access to all rooms. Guests are welcome, as long as they are informed in advance. Check-in is done via an electronic code sent at 1 p.m. on the day of arrival (Wi-Fi required to receive it). Our team is available Sunday to Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you need to store luggage before or after your stay, we have a support point in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).

On the 3rd floor, with elevator access (because no one wants to drag suitcases up the stairs!), this apartment has everything to make you feel at home. Three bedrooms: a master suite with a king-size bed worthy of a 5-star hotel, a double room for a good night’s sleep, and a single room for that friend who snores — all with air-conditioning, of course!

The living room is perfect for binge-watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or uploading your beach photos with the fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen? Fully stocked! Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all the utensils for anything from a quick breakfast to a chef-worthy dinner.

Two bathrooms with gas-heated hot water and bidet spray, a balcony for sipping afternoon coffee or wine at sunset, an electronic lock for hassle-free entry, and soft bed & bath linens included. Staying longer? We’ll swap out your linens every 7 days. Traveling with kids? We’ve got a portable crib and baby bed — just let us know in advance!

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Arriving is easy and stress-free! Check-in is remote: we’ll send you the access code at 1 p.m. on your arrival day, so you can enter the apartment anytime between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Arriving later? Just let us know and we’ll work it out.

For safety and in line with LGPD regulations, we ask for all guests’ IDs 48 hours in advance — so everything is ready for your stay.

Check-out is at noon. Simply switch off the appliances, lock the door, and you’re good to go! Our housekeeper arrives right after to get the place ready for the next guest. Need a late check-out? Talk to us beforehand and, if possible, we’ll make it happen.

IPANEMA — CHARM, FLAVOR & LIFE IN THE OPEN AIR

Ipanema feels like it was designed for living beautifully and effortlessly. One of Rio’s most elegant and vibrant neighborhoods, it blends its famous golden-sand beach with tree-lined streets perfect for leisurely strolls and a seaside bike path ideal for cycling or running. Here, sunset is a daily show — especially from Arpoador, when the sky turns shades of orange and pink, and applause becomes almost a ritual.

But Ipanema is more than natural beauty: it’s also history and culture. It inspired Tom Jobim and Vinicius de Moraes to create the iconic “The Girl from Ipanema” and was the backdrop for Renato Russo’s heartfelt lyrics. Its squares, such as General Osório and Nossa Senhora da Paz, are meeting points where locals and visitors mingle among markets, conversations, and that relaxed Carioca vibe.

The food scene is a story in itself: sit at Garota de Ipanema and picture bossa nova being born, enjoy the fresh and colorful salads at Delírio Tropical, be surprised by Zazá Bistrô’s intimate atmosphere and creative flavors, or grab a refreshing juice and natural sandwich at Polis Sucos — all just steps from home.

WHERE TO GO

When exploring, options abound: the nearby Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon is perfect for paddle boats or bike rentals; on Sundays, the Hippie Fair at General Osório Square is a must for art, crafts, and souvenirs; and for a touch of culture, the Copacabana Fort and the Museum of Image and Sound are right around the corner.

Ipanema is charming, flavorful, and full of open-air life — a place that captivates with its scenery, music, taste, and energy. The hardest part will be leaving.

TRANSPORTATION

The area is well connected: subway, buses, and taxis run throughout the city. Apps like Uber, 99, and Taxi Rio work seamlessly. For public transport, we recommend Moovit, with always up-to-date schedules and routes. You’ll be just a short walk from the General Osório subway station, making it even easier to explore Rio.

Street parking can be tricky on beach days — but you’ll be in a safe area with excellent mobility.

We offer scheduled transfers to airports, the bus terminal, events, and tourist attractions (Costa Verde, Região dos Lagos, and more). Just book at least 48 hours in advance. Here, you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend, already planning your next visit.
