The apartment is bright, airy, and peaceful — perfect for relaxing without missing the vibrant energy of one of Rio’s coolest neighborhoods. You’ll be right between Botafogo’s charm and easy access to landmarks like Flamengo Park and Sugarloaf Mountain.

Families can request a portable crib and special bedding. We also provide beach chairs so you can enjoy Rio like a true local. Bed and bath linen are changed free of charge every 7 days.

Pets are not allowed, but we promise your stay will be so cozy that you’ll almost forget to miss them!

The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests, with a cozy bed and an extra futon mattress for peaceful nights of sleep.

The modern bathroom comes with a hot, high-pressure shower.

The compact kitchen is perfect for quick meals: minibar, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils are all available.

In the integrated living area, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV set the perfect balance between comfort and practicality.

The building offers 24-hour front desk service, and the unit has an electronic lock for added security.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Everything is designed for your comfort and independence.

Check-in is done with the in-person delivery of the keys. Entry time starts at 2 PM (please confirm the exact delivery time in advance).

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD — BOTAFOGO

Botafogo’s roots are intertwined with the very foundation of Rio in 1565, when Estácio de Sá founded the city next to the bay that now bears the neighborhood’s name — a tribute to João Pereira de Souza Botafogo, who owned the land in the 16th century.

In the 19th century, Botafogo became an elegant retreat for the city’s elite, with seaside mansions, trams, and a touch of modern sophistication.

We also offer transfers to airports, the main bus terminal, and tours to Costa Verde or the Lakes Region (please request in advance).
