CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM (in person). Arrivals from 9:00 AM are possible at no extra cost if there are no departing guests—please let us know in advance. After 8:00 PM, an additional fee of R$150.00 applies if in-person assistance is required.

Check-out is until 12:00 PM. You may check out by 3:00 PM at no additional cost if there are no new guests arriving.

All guests must send a photo ID at least 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected according to LGPD regulations. If you need to store luggage, we can assist you at our location: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
