We offer room tidying and renewal of bed and bath linens once a week free of charge. If you would like daily service, you can order it from us; consult availability and prices with our customer service team!

The bedroom features 1 Queen bed that invites complete rest, protected by light-blocking curtains. The bathroom has a shower, mirror, hygiene items, and a hairdryer. Individual air conditioning allows you to choose your ideal temperature. Windows offer natural light and ventilation.

Closets store your belongings comfortably.The living room accommodates 1 comfortable sofa bed that easily welcomes two more guests. A dining table allows for sharing moments with family and friends. Smart TV with cable channels offers entertainment.

The bathroom is complete with basic hygiene items such as soap, towel, and toilet paper, plus hot water at any time. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and toaster. Also: crockery, cutlery, utensils, and a water bottle.

The building offers reception during business hours and access to the apartment is via code (electronic lock), ensuring 24-hour autonomy. Elevator available for easy access. The space is quiet, ensuring your peaceful rest. Well-ventilated, fresh air in all rooms! Decor that balances functionality with beauty.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN:From 2 pm. If you wish to arrive starting at 9 am, this is possible without any extra cost, provided no guest is checking out—the important thing is to alert us in advance of your time. All guests must send identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival—your data is protected by LGPD. Key delivery is facilitated by the electronic lock, but our team can provide in-person support if necessary.

CHECKOUT: by 12:00 PM. You may check out until 3:00 PM at no additional cost, provided there is no new guest arriving. Upon departure, please make sure the door is locked, unplug any electronic devices, and dispose of the trash properly. If you need luggage storage, please use our base at: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana. Children are welcome, and we have a baby crib available (subject to availability). Events or parties are not allowed. Pets are welcome!
