Our management combines technology with hospitality best practices to make your stay in Cabo Frio enjoyable and seamless. Braga is a peaceful residential neighborhood, renowned for its tranquility and close proximity to the waterfront. The area offers convenient access to leisure options, local attractions, and essential services.

Children are welcome! Pets are welcome! Events or parties are not allowed in the space.

The property is thoughtfully configured to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, featuring air-conditioned rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide in-person support seven days a week, along with complimentary items such as cribs and beach chairs to enhance your comfort.

SERVICES, SUPPORT, AND AMENITIES

Our team is available daily from 9am to 7pm, ready to assist, answer questions, or help with your requests. The condominium’s front desk provides 24-hour security for your peace of mind. Portable cribs and free beach chairs are available upon request with at least one day's notice. Enjoy a stable and fast internet connection for both work and leisure, as well as individually controlled air conditioning systems.

LUGGAGE

If you arrive before 9am or need to store your luggage outside of regular check-in or check-out times, please ask us about early arrival or late departure. You may also use our Copacabana location to securely store your bags at your convenience.

We issue receipts and invoices for business stays. If your company requires frequent stays in any of the cities we serve, we are happy to discuss special rate agreements.

The property is conveniently located near Green Fruit Supermarket (Avenida Teixeira e Souza, 1056), Drogaria Pacheco (Avenida Teixeira e Souza, 440), and Pão Quente Bakery (Rua do Sol, 789). Banks and local shops are also within walking distance.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed and a single bed. Bedroom 4 features two single beds. Each room has individual air conditioning and ample closet space for organization. Enjoy entertainment with a smart TV and cable channels. The main bathroom features a step-free shower, complimentary toiletries such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, and hot water available at all times.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and exhaust fan. You’ll find dishes, cutlery, and a complete set of utensils. The apartment also has a laundry area with a washing machine.

The building offers an elevator and a front desk. The space is quiet during rest hours (8 pm - 8 am) and features functional décor. One free parking space is available.

CHECK-IN:
From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, starting at 9:00 AM, this may be arranged at no extra cost, provided there is no guest checking out on the same day—please inform us in advance so we can prepare for your arrival. All guests are required to submit identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival; your information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). For the safety of all, everyone must check in at the front desk. Keys are handed over in person.

Important: Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee, so please notify us in advance so we can assist you in the best way and at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is via code, it is simple and you may arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT:
By 12:00 PM. If there are no guests checking in that day, you may check out by 3:00 PM at no extra charge. If you have physical keys, please leave them on the table, unplug all equipment, dispose of all trash properly, and close the door as you leave. Luggage storage is available at our location: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

HISTORY: Cabo Frio was founded in 1615 and is the seventh oldest city in Brazil. The Braga neighborhood developed as a high-quality residential area, growing alongside the city's tourism industry in the 20th century. Its history is connected to efforts to preserve the dunes and to planned development that focuses on the well-being of both residents and visitors.

Praia das Dunas is within walking distance and offers a more natural and tranquil beach experience. For beachwear shopping, Rua dos Biquínis in Gamboa is the main destination. Shopping Park Lagos is a 10-minute drive away and features cinemas and a variety of stores.

MUSEUMS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA:
Forte São Mateus (1616) at Praia do Forte and Bairro da Passagem, known for its colonial architecture, are must-see attractions. Canal Itajuru offers boat tours to explore the islands and local biodiversity.

TRANSPORTATION
There is no metro in Cabo Frio. Municipal public transportation operates with regular lines on Avenida Teixeira e Souza and Avenida Assunção, connecting Braga to the Center and other neighborhoods.Ride-sharing apps (Uber and 99) and taxis have wide coverage and availability in the region.
