ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2pm onwards. If you wish to arrive earlier, from 9am, this may be possible at no extra cost, provided no guest is checking out that day. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time so we can have everything ready for you.

All guests must provide identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering the property must identify themselves for your safety and security.

Keys are handed over in person. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee. Please notify us in advance so we can make arrangements in the best and most cost-effective way possible. If your check-in is via a password, you may arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: Until 12pm (noon). Late check-out until 3pm may be possible at no additional charge if no new guests are expected that day.

If your accommodation uses keys, please leave them on the table, disconnect all equipment, dispose of trash properly, and close the door upon departure. If you need to store luggage, you may do so at our base at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome, and we provide a crib for babies! Events and parties are not allowed in the space. Pets are welcome! For everyone’s comfort, please respect quiet hours and maintain responsible cleanliness in shared areas. Leashes are required in public areas.

Barra da Tijuca is about 2 km away and can be easily reached by public transport or by car.

Downtown Rio is approximately 20 km away, taking around 30–40 minutes by bus or private ride services.

Traditional taxis are available at nearby taxi stands. Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and 99 provide modern alternatives with upfront pricing.
