ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: Starts at 2pm. If you’d like to arrive earlier, from 9am, this may be possible at no extra cost provided there are no guests checking out that day. Please notify us in advance of your arrival time to ensure everything is ready for you.

All guests must send identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering the property must identify themselves—this is for everyone's safety.

Keys are delivered in person. Important: Arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you in the best way and at the lowest cost. If your check-in uses a code, you may arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: Until 12pm (noon). Late check-out is available until 3pm at no extra cost if no new guests are arriving.

If your accommodation uses keys, simply leave them on the table, unplug all equipment, dispose of trash properly, and close the door. If you need to store your luggage, you may do so at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 8 km away, about 20 minutes by car. Galeão International Airport is about 20 km away, or roughly 40 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is approximately 5 km away for those arriving by long-distance bus.
