YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The bedroom has 1 double bed. The living room is equipped with 1 double sofa bed. The space is naturally cool, featuring a portable fan and closets for organization.Smart TV with cable channels offers entertainment.

The social bathroom is complete with step-free shower, basic hygiene items such as soap, towel and toilet paper, plus hot water at any time.The kitchen is equipped with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, rice cooker and coffee machine. It includes dishes, cutlery and complete utensils.

The apartment has a washer and dryer.The building offers elevator and front desk. The space is quiet during rest hours (8pm-8am) and has functional décor. The condominium features complete leisure infrastructure: pool, gym, sauna, coworking space and meeting room.

CHECK-IN:
From 2pm onwards. If you wish to arrive from 9am, this is possible at no extra cost, provided there is no guest checking out — the important thing is to alert us in advance about your arrival time to ensure everything is ready.All guests must send identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).Everyone who enters must identify themselves at the front desk — it's everyone's security.

Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee, let us know beforehand so we can handle it in the best way and at the lowest cost possible. If your check-in is with a code, it's super easy, you can arrive anytime.

CHECK-OUT:
Until 12pm. You can leave until 3pm at no extra cost, if there is no new guest arriving.If your stay is with keys, just leave them on the table, disconnect the equipment, organize the trash properly and close the door. If you need to store your luggage, count on us at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
