Your reservation is exclusive, for the use of the entire accommodation. Guests are welcome! If you are a business traveler and require an invoice or additional accommodation services, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you. The accommodation is complete, has all the features of a normal home, designed to provide you with comfort and safety! In detail: Bathroom: Hairdryer, Hygienic shower, Gas hot water. Accommodation: Queen bed, single mattress, bed and bath linen, air conditioning, TV with open channels and IPTV, blackout curtain, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, kitchen with equipment and utensils complete, electronic lock, balcony, closet. Two highlights of your stay are the warmth and silence, both inside and outside the city. Near the park, local squares, many people take their pets and children to run and play, while they slow down from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Furthermore, close to hospitals, transport, buses, gym, taxi rank, shops and all types of services available in the neighborhood.

Your accommodation has 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra mattress, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, household items and hot water.

During your stay, we change bed and bath linen every 7 days, we just ask that you let us know 1 day before you want the change.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, close to the park and with transport and shopping options. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability.

On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

We have a maid who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Jacarepaguá is a neighborhood that opens 24 hours a day and is very charming! You will stay just a few meters from a park and a lagoon, you will have all the local shops you need, pharmacies, markets, shops, not to mention the city's main transport options: taxi, Uber and bus. In the surrounding area there are restaurants ranging from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in a normal neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day. Count on us for anything you need, tickets or questions about the city!
