IMPORTANT NOTES

The apartment is in a residential building with a 24-hour concierge, ensuring safety throughout your stay. It’s located close to the beach, with quick access to the promenade.

Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Trash disposal must follow building rules. We kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving to promote sustainability and safety.

LUGGAGE, CRIB, AND BEACH CHAIRS

Check-ins from 9:00 AM and check-outs until 3:00 PM may be arranged at no extra cost if the apartment is available—just let us know at least one day in advance. For infants up to 2 years old, we provide a crib upon prior request. Luggage assistance is available in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).

HOUSEKEEPING

Linen change is included once a week for longer stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged depending on availability and subject to an extra fee.

ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in is available from 9:00 AM at no additional cost, subject to availability. The door has an electronic lock; the access code will be sent on the day of your arrival. Please send a photo ID up to 72 hours before check-in (in compliance with data protection regulations). There is a fee of R$ 150 for in-person arrivals after 8:00 PM.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. Late check-out is possible until 3:00 PM if there is no new booking for that day. When leaving, please turn off all electronics and dispose of all trash properly.
