It is located on Rua José Linhares - Leblon, close to transport, shops and services. The region is very charming, well frequented and with many shops and interesting places to eat and visit!

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, just ask, ok?

The accommodation is complete, has all the features of a normal home, designed to provide you with comfort and safety!

7 DAYS/WEEK: Our team works from 8AM to 8PM to help you, 7 days/week.

Your accommodation has 3 double beds, 1 sofa, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, household items and hot water.

During your stay, we change bed and bath linen every 7 days, we just ask that you let us know 1 day before you want the change.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport and shopping options. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability.

On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

We have a maid who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Leblon is a neighborhood that opens 24 hours a day and is very charming!

You will stay just a few meters from one of the best-known beaches in the world, you will have all the local shops you need, pharmacies, markets, shops, street markets, not to mention the city's main transport options: taxi, Uber, bus and subway. From the airports to here it is about 20 minutes from SDU and 50 minutes from GIG.

In the surrounding area there are restaurants ranging from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in a normal neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day. In addition to the advantage of being next to the Pão de Açúcar Market, which serves an excellent breakfast and Hortifruti with a buffet for lunch. Also located close to Rua Dias Ferreira, which has several traditional Leblon bars such as Boteco Belmonte and Boteco da Rainha.
