Yes Temporada acts as your host throughout your stay, with support and guidance from check-in to check-out, so everything runs in an organized and predictable way.You will be in Gloria, a strategic area for moving around easily: near Gloria Metro Station, next to Hospital Glória D’Or, with quick access to Downtown and practical connections to the South Zone and its attractions.The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with 1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Our team is available 7 days a week; a baby crib and beach chairs are free with prior notice, and there is a free return transfer for direct bookings of more than 5 nights. Children are welcome and we provide a baby crib. Events or parties are not allowed.

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2pm. If you wish to arrive from 9am, this is possible at no extra cost when there is no guest checking out — the key is to let us know your schedule in advance so we can have everything ready.

All guests must send an ID document up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone must identify themselves at the front desk — it is everyone’s safety.

Key handover is in person. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee; let us know in advance so we can organize it in the best way and at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is via code, you can arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: by 12pm. You may leave by 3pm at no additional cost when there is no new guest arriving.
