YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Bedroom 1 includes one double bed and one single bed. Bedroom 2 also offers one double bed and one single bed. Bedroom 3 features one double bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed. One bedroom is air-conditioned, and the other rooms have fans. A smart TV with cable channels is available for your entertainment. The main bathroom is fully equipped with a step-free shower, toiletries such as soap and towels, toilet paper, and hot water at all times.

The kitchen is outfitted with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and a coffee maker. There is a washing machine available for guest use. The building provides an elevator and a 24-hour reception desk.

The space is quiet during rest hours (8 PM to 8 AM) and features functional decor.

Free garage parking is available.

CHECK-IN:
From 2 PM. If you would like to arrive earlier, from 9 AM, this is possible at no extra charge, provided there are no guests checking out. Please notify us in advance of your arrival time to ensure everything is prepared for you. All guests are required to submit an identification document up to 72 hours before arrival—your data is protected under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Everyone entering must check in with the concierge for safety reasons. Key handover is done in person. Important: Arrivals after 8 PM may incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you in the best way and minimize any extra charges. If you are checking in using a password, you may arrive at any time with ease.

CHECK-OUT:
By 12 PM. If no new guests are arriving, you may leave as late as 3 PM at no extra cost. If you have keys, simply leave them on the table, disconnect any equipment, organize the trash, and close the door. If you need to store your luggage, we can assist you at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome, and a crib is available for babies. Events or parties are not permitted in the space. Pets are welcome!

HISTORY:
Cabo Frio is the seventh oldest city in Brazil, established on November 13, 1615. Vila Nova developed as an extension of the original historic area, following the city’s growth spurred by the salt industry in the 19th century. Salt from Cabo Frio, produced from the Lagoa de Araruama salt pans, was the main economic activity for decades. This legacy earned the city the status of the country's top salt producer and influenced its local architecture and traditions.

Forte São Mateus, built in the 17th century to defend the coast, provides stunning panoramic views of the waterfront. TRANSPORTATION:
The Aléxis Novellino Bus Station is 5 km away and provides both intercity and interstate routes. The city does not have a subway system. Municipal buses run along Avenida Júlia Kubitschek and Avenida Assunção, connecting Vila Nova to Peró and Praia das Conchas. App-based ride services (such as Uber and 99) and traditional taxis have designated stands in the Center and along the Praia do Forte waterfront.

PARKING:

1. Estapar Praia do Forte: Avenida do Canal, 150 (200 meters away), covered, open 24 hours.

2. Estapar Centro: Rua das Flores, 250 (300 meters away), covered, automated, open 24 hours. Cabo Frio Airport (CFB) is a 15-minute drive away.

Galeão International Airport (GIG) is approximately 160 km away, with a travel time of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend!
