EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, with a view of the back, and is on the first floor, 10 minutes from Copacabana beach, 10 minutes from Urca beach and 10 minutes from Glória beach.

Electronic lock, keys, queen-size bed, single mattresses, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtains, iron, hair dryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, full kitchen, bidet, hot water.

There is private parking near your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable crib and also for your car, as well as bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs. Request 1 day in advance or pick it up at our store.

We change bed linen and towels every 7 days. Request 1 day in advance.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport and shopping options. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, depending on local availability, between 2PM and 5PM. On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. We love to help!

All guests need to be identified, for local security and our company, so when it is 2 days before your arrival, we will reinforce the request of photo documents. Don’t worry, your data is protected by LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

Origin of the name: The name "Flamengo" has its roots in the 16th century, during the attempted Dutch invasion. The Dutch, who came from the Flanders region, were called Flemings, and the name of the neighborhood is a tribute to them.

Development: Over the years, Flamengo developed into an upscale neighborhood, with large mansions and imposing buildings. The Aterro do Flamengo, a remarkable engineering project, transformed the landscape of the neighborhood and the city, boosting its growth.
